We had a simply perfect family trip. The location was exactly what we were looking for: close to the beach, a full-service grocery store a few minutes away by car, and restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were proactive and very friendly, and the condo was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped.

We had one of the best trips of our lives at Playa Bonita. This place is beautiful. The views are gorgeous and the condo is modern and very well equipped. Host is extremely responsive. The set up is quite convenient for families. It is a short walk to the beach and pool, as well as multiple restaurants. We definitely want to return to this place again in the future. We had high expectations and they were exceeded!

We just returned from a wonderful week at Playa Bonita , it was truly perfect. The location couldn’t have been better—steps from the beach and close to everything you need—yet peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell the host cares about his guests having a great experience.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa Bonita.

Family of four had an amazing stay at this Penthouse in Playa Bonita Beach Residences. The apartment was even better than in the pictures. The host is probably among the best hosts we’ve ever had and was incredibly attentive, proactive, and thoughtful. Special thanks to the cleaning team as well for her warm welcome. We strongly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Second time visiting playa Bonita Residence, love this unit in particular because space is ample, second floor of penthouse is very private for the couple to get a moment away from the kids, great view of the beach. Excellent experience overall. Would definitely return.

This home and its surroundings were nothing short of incredible! The unit is tastefully designed with ample living space, spectacular ocean views, comfortable and clean. The location is stunning, such a picturesque beach with plenty of amentities and great food close by, our favorites within walking distance. Overall this was a perfect trip for our family with something for everyone, adults and kids. But most importantly, the host was amazing, he went above and beyond for our group in many ways, we cannot thank him enough for his kindness and support in ensuring we had a wonderful trip!Bonita.

Where do I begin?!! My 7 year old asked if we could buy Juan’s place. This incredible home looks exactly as pictured! It was plenty of space for me, my husband, 2 sons, and mother-in-law! There was privacy for folks who needed some alone time and plenty of places to gather as a family! The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel at home and the decor is elegant and beautiful. We did not stay at a resort because we needed peace and rest and this condo and beach delivered!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was beautiful, very comfortable, spacious, and extremely well-stocked and clean! We were traveling with 2 kids - 1 toddler and 1 baby - and loved how convenient and walkable everything was. Great food at the nearby restaurants, beautiful beach with beach chairs and umbrella, and a nearby pool and playground. Would highly recommend!

This location is amazing. The apartment is beautiful and is even better than the pictures. It is right on the most amazing sandy beach. You can walk to restaurants and the downtown is a quick 12 minute drive. The (TWO!) kitchens are fully stocked and the grill is a very nice Weber grill. Juan is very responsive and a fantastic host. It’s perfect!

Great stay, if I could put more than 5 stars I would! Definitely the best experience I've had on an Airbnb. The host was exceptional, the property a luxury with all the amenities, decorated with excellent taste and unbeatable location. We were with my family with the idea of going out to eat every day and ended up always cooking at home to enjoy the property to the fullest. A real pleasure that I will undoubtedly repeat if I return to RD.

Wow wow wow, I am a resort vacationer but this by far was one of the best stays I ever had!!! Juan was so amazing and responsive. The house was impeccable and this is coming from an OCD person. The location was amazing , a walk away from many bars and restaurants . The property was beautiful and the beach just steps away. I give this property a 5 out of 5!!! The host 5 out 5! The instructions and suggestions 5 out of 5! Oh and one more very important thing ;) the couches and bed were super comfy !!!!

This was the best vacation of my life, hands down. And this pristine penthouse—and the host's utmost care—made it that way.
First off, the condo is absolutely beautiful. The spaces are modern, and there are multiple decks to hang out outside on. The view of the ocean is perfect, and getting to the beach takes under one minute. And the beach! The water is aqua green and warm, the sand soft, and there aren't too many people. It feels private.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We particularly liked the roll-down shutters that serve as blackout shades in every room and were pleased with the quality of appliances like the AC units and washer/dryer, which made this feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed sitting on the main terrace, rain or shine, and it was the main communal space for our group. The beach location is at the end of a cove, so it feels private, and we loved the quick access to the boardwalk and local restaurants like Mosquito Bar. This is a property we hope to return to over the years with our family as there is something for everyone.

The most amazing host and the property is absolutely stellar. A lot of attention to detail. The black out blinds controlled on easy wall switches, on all the windows, the lighting throughout the property is phenomenal , there is use of surfboards great TV apps, filtered water coming from the fridge, gorgeous sea shell chandeliers… I could go on and on.

This was our second trip to Las Terrenas and we were travelling for my husband’s 50th birthday. We chose this home in order to accommodate our family. The property more than met our expectations. It's a gateway to paradise.

Great stay. Host was easy to communicate with and flexible with our check in needs. His place felt warm and really welcoming. Clean and tidy. Within steps to the beach and a really quiet and nice environment. Could see the shore directly from both balconies. Great to wake up to and enjoy the sounds of the waves.
